At Cozmo, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
